Prof. (Dr.) Ravinder Kumar is Professor of Mechanical Engg. at Amity University, Noida, India. He holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with Honors. He did his master's and Ph.D. from Delhi College of Engineering, University of Delhi, India. He has more than 22-year teaching experience in U.G., P.G. and Ph.D. He has published more than 70 research papers in reputed international journals and conferences. His areas of interest include sustainable supply chain management, industrial digitalization, Industry 4.0, sustainable manufacturing, sustainability assessments and SCM issues in SMEs. He has published papers in journals such as Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of Intelligent manufacturing, TQM Journal, Competitiveness Review, Global Journal of Flexible Systems and Management, IIMB Management Review, Benchmarking, International Journal of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Marketing, International Journal of Business Information Systems and International Journal of Manufacturing Research. Assoc. Prof. Rakesh Kumar Phanden is Distinguished Academician and Researcher. His academic journey reached its pinnacle with his completion of a Ph.D. from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, India. He is Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Amity University, Uttar Pradesh, India, where he brings a wealth of knowledge and research insight to his role.
