TAKASHI YASUDA is a marketing professional who has worked as a researcher, merchandising advisor, and marketing manager. Currently, he works in consulting and new business development for a variety of clients. He is the author of Hajimete Manabu Marketing no Hon (The First Book of Marketing), among others.

KOJI KUZE joined a foreign company after graduating from Keio University. While there, he studied resilience and became a certified resilience master trainer. After that, he established a school for working adults, and human resources and instructors on resilience. The corporate resilience training was featured in shows like NHK's Today's Close-up and Kansai Television's Super News.

TOSHINORI IWAI was born in Ibaraki prefecture in Japan in 1947. He graduated from Waseda University in 1970. He is founder and CEO of the Human Guild and has extensive experience in Adlerian psychology counseling, education and enrichment, and research. He is known for writing a number of books on Adlerian psychology and its applications.
